1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website or service. Similar technologies can also store or read information needed for security, preferences, measurement or advertising.
2. What HR Contracts currently uses
The website and its infrastructure may use strictly necessary security technology to distinguish normal requests from malicious or automated traffic, deliver pages reliably and diagnose faults. Cloudflare may set a security cookie such as __cf_bm. This is not used by HR Contracts for advertising or to build a marketing profile.
The contract fit check uses temporary page state in your browser. Your answers are not sent to HR Contracts and are cleared when the page session ends or refreshes.
3. Analytics and advertising
HRContracts.co.uk does not currently place optional analytics, advertising or retargeting cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and an appropriate consent choice will be provided before non-essential cookies are used.
4. External services
Selecting the enquiry form opens Google Forms in a separate website. Acas, GOV.UK, Companies House and Thrive HR UK links also open external services. Those services may use their own cookies under their own notices and settings.
The site requests its display fonts from Google Fonts. This request may share ordinary technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser details, with Google; it does not allow HR Contracts to read a Google advertising profile.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary security technology may prevent the website or an external form from working correctly.
